✦ Where do you ship?

Worldwide! Please note there may be limitations shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes, natural disasters or geopolitical events.

✦ How long will it take for my pre-order to ship?

Estimate shipping dates will be in pre-order item descriptions. Please note that this can be subject to change depending on the manufacture process or other delays.

 

✦ Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes and Yes! Please let me know asap as I cannot change or cancel it once the order has been processed and shipped. Please note that any refunds will exclude processing fees charged by the payment service platform.

 

✦ Can I change my address?

Yes! Please let me know asap as I cannot change it once the order has been processed and shipped. 

 

✦ Where is my tracking number?

You will receive a separate email with your tracking details when your ordered is processed and shipped. Please be sure to check your spam / junk folders as the email sometimes winds up there.

 

✦ Will sold out items be restocked?

This depends on the item! Feel free to follow my Instagram or Twitter as I make updates there on when items are restocked!

Please note that items in the Last Chance! section will not be, or have an extremely low chance of being restocked.

 

✦ What are your jewellery made of and are there Clip-On options for earrings?

✦ Am I eligible for a refund, exchanges or returns?

All sales are final. Some exceptions allowed as well as case by case.

✦ Do you provide gift wrapping?

Yes I do! Please write in the check out notes your gift message and I will be sure to include it for you!

Gift wrapping are in a vintage, kraft paper style!
