Exchanges/Returns & Refunds

If you're unsure, please don't hesitate to contact me to see if you are eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges! Please let me know within 14 days of receiving your items.

All sales are final!

I will not do refunds for the reasons below:

  • Change of mind after recieving item
  • Incorrect address resulting in lost package
  • Incorrect item expectation (all details are in the item descriptions, please read carefully before purchase)
  • Lost/stolen packages

I do not, under any circumstances, refund shipping fees & customs fees

 

Cancel / Changes to Order & Change Address

Please let me know asap if you would like to make any changes to your order, address or cancel your order. No cancellations or changes if the order is processed and shipped.

Please note that any refunds will exclude processing fees charged by the payment service platform (e.g. PayPal fees, etc).

I do not accept exchanges / returns for change of mind after receiving the item.

 

✧ Wrong Item Exchange / Returns ✧

If there is a mistake in sending you the wrong item for your order (I'm so sorry!!), please let me know within 14 days of receiving your items.

Please contact me with your order number and photo of the wrong item.

Here are your options:

  • Wrong item is returned and the correct item will be reshipped to you. All shipping for the return and resend will be covered by me.
  • Wrong item is returned and purchased item is refunded. Return shipping fee is covered by me.

For Domestic (Australia): You'll recieve a return label to cover the return shipping fee.

For International: Please use the cheapest shipping method with tracking for return package. Send me a photo of your receipt for reimbursement.
